Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially in the main building at 2:30 am, were much bigger and cheaper compared to the cottages, though cleanliness varied and lucky guests could enjoy good views. The large desk furniture needed more frequent cleaning. The staff was ready to assist with any problems and were prompt in attending to tables. The location of the hotel is beautiful and well-kept, just 100m from the beach with great restaurants and shops nearby, providing a relaxed atmosphere for a peaceful holiday, quieter and more family-oriented than Phuket. However, the dining options were somewhat limited though with a decent buffet and good European choices. The facilities were adequate overall.

The room was large, comfortable, and had a balcony with a nice partition. Although we received the wrong breakfasts three out of four mornings, the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
